These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TourStack ("we", "us", or "our") at https://tour-stack.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
TourStack helps you discover cities where multiple artists you follow have concerts within a configurable date window. The Service may include artist search, overlap results, saved favourites, lineup watches, shareable search links, and optional email alerts when you are signed in.
Concert and event information is sourced from third-party providers (including Ticketmaster). We do not sell tickets and are not affiliated with venues, artists, or ticketing companies unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and sign-in
- You may use parts of the Service without an account. Favourites and watches saved while signed out are stored in your browser only.
- If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your TourStack account.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure or third-party APIs
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' use of it
5. Your content and saved data
You retain ownership of the information you save (such as favourite artists and lineup watches). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that information solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending watch notification emails you have opted into by saving a watch while signed in.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service integrates with and links to third-party services (including Google, Ticketmaster, and ticketing URLs). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or ticket purchases.
7. Accuracy of information
Tour dates, venues, and overlap results are provided for informational purposes only. Event data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify details and availability on official ticketing sites before making travel or purchase decisions. We do not guarantee that any overlap or alert will remain valid over time.
8. Email notifications
If you are signed in and save a lineup watch, we may send you email alerts about new overlapping tour clusters that match your watch. You can stop alerts by removing the watch or signing out. Email delivery depends on third-party email providers and is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artist names, images, and event listings may be trademarks or copyrighted material of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you may have under mandatory laws in your country of residence.
